China's chemical materials testing department has undergone rigorous testing of the performance and environmental protection of this material to ensure that the interests of consumers are not harmed. It has good mechanical properties and can be sawed, planed, nailed and other mechanical processing like wood. It has the characteristics of hardness, toughness, durability and wear resistance. After foaming, a large number of uniform and regular cells are formed, which can save the cost of the product. Experiments show that compared with unfoamed PVC/wood powder composites, the density after extrusion foaming can be reduced by 50%, up to 0.6g/-1.0g/cm3. The evenly structured cell structure after foaming can be passivated. The elongation at break of the crack tip can be significantly improved. It is also an environmentally friendly material. The raw materials are cheap and rich, and can be recycled, which can reduce environmental pollution and protect forest resources.
